Abstract:知识密集性服务业在经济增长和知识传播中的作用越来越大，引起了国内外学者广泛的关注。目前，与KIBS相关的政策框架还没有成型，很多问题存在争议。本文通过分析KIBS发展的动因和趋势，讨论了与之相关的政策措施。
