My research focuses on second language acquisition and processing, with a recent emphasis on AI‑empowered cognitive mechanisms in interpreting. It lies at the intersection of psycholinguistics, cognitive science, translation studies, and educational technology. I have a background in statistics and experimental design in psychology, and I use behavioral experiments, eye‑tracking, EEG, and other cognitive neuroscience methods to investigate cognitive load, attention allocation, and strategy selection in bilingual processing and interpreting.
